Login/Logout page restrict plugin needed

Hi,

I have a client who would like to restrict on page (for now) to users, but would like them to be able to logout after filling out their order form.

Any recommendations?

Also, there may be the need in the future to have different users access certain pages. So a client could access just their own order form.
