Login works on desktop but not mobile

  • Hi!
    I want my users to be redirected to a specific URL on login. I’ve set this up in the login options and it works fine on my pc. But, when I test the site from mobile users are redirected to their profile page instead of the URL I have set.

    Have you tried to test this on another device?
    Please try clearing browser cache and see if it helps.

    Hi,
    Thanks for getting back to me. I just discovered that the security settings in the browsers on all the mobiles I tried this on were set to block pop-ups and redirections. ‘
    I’m not sure if this is a standard setting – if so, is there some kind of workaround?

    Are you on an Android or iPhone? Have you tried to test this on another device?
    What browser do you use?

    Hi,

    I am on Android (using Chrome), but I have also tested it on a couple of iPhones, and other Android devices.
    If I deactivate the security settings which block pop-ups and redirections it works fine. But as it’s fairly common to use these settings it would be great if there is a way to make the form work even if these settings are activated.
