Login with Google in this app has been temporarily disabled

I have the same issue, I am using the plugin without authentication so the analytics code is injected in the pages.

Hm!… I had that problem too, but now it seems that Google has done something on their side of things, and it’s working again…?

Same issue getting message:
This app is blocked
This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access.

Should we look for another option? Is this plug in still being supported?

I guess the developers gave up since Google launched their own WordPress plugin, Site Kit.

In other words: why keep maintaining a product that competes with Google, when one does not have the unlimited resources that Google has?

Makes sense to me, so I’ve been slowly replacing all my sites with Site Kit…
