Login Widget not working

I’ve tried both 3.0.4.1 and 3.1.2 using WP 3.6, with no success.

Loading icon appears after the login, actually authenticates, but there is no refresh or re-direct that takes place.3.1.2
After submitting credentials, nothing happens whatsoever. Widget just flashes and then nothing.
