• Not sure if your last plugin update is causing the issue, but when we access our login page on a mobile device (e.g., iPhone), the entire login page floats.

That is, we can move it around (top/down, left/right) with our fingers. Further, the login pane is larger than the viewport.

Above does not occur when we view our login page with a tablet, laptop, or PC.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thank you.

    Update:

We performed more testing on this issue and learned that when the Login Form Width (defined in the plugin’s settings) is wider than the mobile device viewport width, then the login page is not responsive. At the same time, the affected login page can be moved around in all directions.

So, in short, we would be appreciate a fix for the above.

No matter what size selected for the form width, the affected login page should always be responsive.

    Thank you!

    Hi jetxpert

    Thanks for using our plugin.
We already provide the css option. You can add the custom css code as per your login form css. I think it will work. If you are use that then responsive is block.

    Thanks & Best Regards

    Hi @weblizar,

Thanks for offering this great plugin.

Yes, we used the CSS setting provided to fix our issue, but it changes the looks of our login page on laptops and PCs. In short, this is not a good fix. It’s temporary.

You plugin code needs to be updated so the login form width is responsive on all devices – regardless of the width selected.

Please revisit and update your code to fix this issue.

    Thank you.

    Happy Holidays!
