Login url wrong in email

I am using multisite and it seems to work fine with one exception. I have the login url set to be shs-login in the main network settings(Network Default), which seems to create the multisites and they end up having the correct login url on their settings pages, shs-login.

But, the email that goes out from wordpress that sends you the login link, is still the plugin default, /login/, which is a 404 when the user clicks through.

Is it safe to assume that this is hardcoded for the email, or does the email go out before the login url is set to be what has been configured on the main network admin settings page?
