Login to wp-admin fails (error 404) after WP upgrade

Hi Fellow WP users,
I upgraded WP and it seems my wp-admin page @ https://exercisesforfatloss.com/wp-admin disappeared – I cannot find it either under my sitemap.
Now I can’t login to my Dashboard thus need your help badly…
