    Hi all,
    I got our website built years ago and have a user name and password for the dashboard to edit the site but I think we are on a free website and are running out of space so want to purchase a plan but it doesn’t recognise my username and I have now made a new account which isn’t connected to my actual website. How do I link them?

  • www.remarpro.com does not host ANY user websites. So you can’t log in here to purchase anything. And WordPress software itself is 100% free to everyone — there’s no pro, premium, or paid version.

    Your domain uses syrahost.com nameservers, which, inferring from what I found from a Google search, seems to belong to CrazyDomains.com.au. So chances are your website is hosted with CrazyDomains.

    oh thanks for that thought that because the site is slow to load that we need storage but we have unlimited on Crazy domains so how do you get the site to load faster?
