Login to migrated site from other host

I am seeking to migrate a WordPress site from a previous host. I have the zipped up WordPress site (files and databases) and have copied them over to a temporary folder to modify the site prior to going live on the transferred domain. I have created new databases for this location and modified the wp-config file to allow me to view it there.
The site is live on the subdomain that I have created, but I cannot login at the wp-login page. How do I go about this without the previous login info created by the prior host?
