Login to different subdomain

Is this possible to achieve?
Have a domain with one theme
https://www.example.com (theme 1)
Have a subdomain with an entirely different theme
https://www.sub.example.com (theme 2)

When a user logs into https://www.example.com they are taken to https://www.sub.example.com
