Hi in my site settings I have adjusted the settings in the discussion section so that anyone can comment however for some reason at the bottom of both my blog posts and product pages it still says ‘Please login to comment’ and I can’t see how to change this.

The box next to ‘Users must be registered and logged in to comment ‘ is unchecked so I don’t understand why this is happening.

    Has anyone any ideas?

(I am on the latest version of WP and all my plugins are up to date, site is built on DIVI)

    Thanks in advance.

  • When started this problem? Did you installed any plugin & did you tried disabling your plugin one by one?

    Hi

Do you cleared cache?! Please clear cache of website & your browser and check it again.

I am not 100% certain when the problem started but a customer who wanted to submit a product review noticed around 1-2 months ago I just hadn’t got round to trying to fix it yet.

I haven’t installed any new plugins for at least six months – something tells me it may be something to do with Divi but that is just a guess.

I have cleared the cache on both the site and all browsers and the problem is still apparent.
