Login, Subscribe, renew

  • Thats what I need to do. Login (done that) Subscribe and renew (not so much)

    I have spent weeks with three very (too) powerful membership plugins. Two failed due to insoluble bugs (not without much to and fro with their support and albeit only reproducable on my site) but failing to restrict content and not allowing login without clearing cookies each time is just not workable.

    Any good suggestions? Subscribe and renew is what I need (renew, ie email out before expiry). Seems pretty simple and I fear I have overcomplicated things looking at Membership 2, Simple Membership and Paid Memberships Pro in depth and researching dozens of others.

  • As far as free plugins you can start with Woocommerce and strip the Ecommerce out.

    Otherwise paying a developer is your best route. Other plugins that you haven’t tried are even worse yet.

    Are you sending bulk emails? If you are I may have a solution for you.
