Since running the latest update this morning, October 01, 2020, we immediately stated get reports of users trying to login, but the page is not showing them are logged in. A check in WP Admin, shows they are actually logged. I deactivate your plugin, and the problem goes away. I have had to install a different caching plugin in the mean time. Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Are you wanting me to create a user account for you?

but you are using Super Cache.

That’s because people can’t log in when I have WP Fastest Cache activated. I had to turn it off and use WP Super Cache as the caching plugin. I would prefer to use yours’s as it helps our homepage load faster, but I can’t use it if it isn’t working can I? If you could give me an approximate time that you would like to do some testing, let me know and I will deactivate Super Cache and re-activate your’s. Or I could set you up with a user account, whichever you think will work better. My time zone is Mountain Daylight time in Canada.

then you should continue with Super Cache for a while. let’s monitor your site.

Not sure what monitoring our site will do for you if we are forced to use a different caching plugin, since yours’s isn’t working? I’ll close this discussion.

just we need to be sure that it works with the other cache plugins or not.

Hi Emre. I have the same problem. Whenever WP core is auto-updated the home-page does not update on user log-in – the site then appears as though the user is not logged-in. In reality the user is logged-in successfully. Doing a refresh of the screen does not help.

Just clearing the cache and minified CSS/JS does not work. A workaround is to disable wp-fastest cache plugin and then reload the home-page. Once the plugin is re-enabled (and the cache cleared) it all works fine again – until the next auto-update…

did you enable the “Logged-in User” option before?

Yes, the “Don’t show the cached version for logged-in users” is enabled. The cache works fine normally – it only has this problem after a WordPress update.
