We are not able to send emails to non-professional accounts eg (Gmail, Yahoo, etc). Emails are being sent on professional email id eg([email protected]). How can we solve this error we have configured SMTP successfully. Is there any contact form for this plugin.

  • Hi @rohit58

I understand that emails are being sent to professional email ids but not to Gmail, Yahoo, etc.

    we have configured SMTP

    Thanks for letting us know.

Could you please check if the emails are being correctly generated by installing a plugin like WP Mail Logging.

We have a detailed guide on troubleshooting WooCommerce email issues here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/

If the logs show that WooCommerce is generating emails, then you need to check if by any chance the emails are landing in the receiving email account’s spam box. There is a strong possibility that the emails might be landing into the spam folder.

If that isn’t the case either, that means the server is blocking them from being sent further, in which case you’ll want to get in touch with your SMTP provider for further checks.

Is there any contact form for this plugin

May I know which Login/signup and popup plugin are you using?

If the abovementioned steps do not lead to a resolution of the issue, then in order for us to get a better idea of your setup, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Cheers

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
