Login sessions keep expiring – getting locked out

I’m running into an issue with my site where after about 5 minutes I session expires and it will log me out a few times until I get completely locked out of my site.

It had been a while since I upgraded WP so I went through my site host to get it up to 4.0. After waiting about 10 minutes I was able to log back in after the update.

I went ahead and updated all my plug-ins and themes. Another few minutes and I was getting logged out and now I’m locked out again.

Didn’t have time to disable my plug-ins yet, wondering if there’s a known problem?
