Login Section – register link in menu adds

Configuring the Login Section of the plugin.
Login, Logout, Change Settings are fine.
The link added to the main menu for Register appends /%20%E2%80%8E to the link to the register page I created.
The URL is correct in the plugin settings.

I do not have a link to the page with the issue, I have disabled the Register option in the Login section settings and placed the link in a sidebar widget.
