Login screen can be bypassed

    Windows 2019 Server running IIS, MySQL 8.0.22, & PHP 7.4.1

    I have this plugin installed and configured. I can successfully authenticate using the Test authentication page in this plugin. SSO also appears to be working, I have go to the site with a user that is in the configured security group. Someone not in the group will get a login window. The login window can be bypassed by clicking the cancel button. Each new page will bring up the login window but clicking cancel allows you to see the page. What can I take a look at to fix this?
