Thank you for the credentials, I found the issue.
The problem is happening when the language is set on the Branda:

If we use site default it will allow you to replace the string.
The issue didn’t show up on my website when I imported the Branda settings because I use only one language on the website, and I don’t have any other language configured for the user.
You can switch the option and it should work as expected. I’m also reporting this problem to our developers.
