• Hi,

This is the first time :

After a navigator stop (restart of system with chrome : It died Jim…), at restart the login appear, that’s normal.
I had near twenty opened tabs on my site (admin, update articles, looking at result)
After login, I could get the page back, but I had to login for each page, the refresh have been returning to login.

This is not normal : WP should be able to notice that the user is already logged in
    – After login any page should be able to be refreshed even previously (at navigator restart each one was naturally showing the login page)

    The reason come from
1- the rewritten url (redirected) when the user is not logged in, then reload keeps the redirect.
2- For list as “archive”, only the articles visible by the “visitors” are displayed : after login the reload of the “content” remains showing the reduced list (or 404). To get the right content the user must call again the same url. The url is marked associated with visitor and when it is re-loaded it remains associated with current previous user (visitor because not already logged in when the navigator restarts).

The result is very long time spend to type the login to restore the “session”.

During url rewrite at reload it should look at the user status : look at a current session opened on the computer.

May be there is an interaction with the plugin “quick user switcher” which I have activated but never used till now, it can be very useful to test for a while filters on user rights, from the admin workstation.

    Best regards

    Trebly
