Login / Register Via My Account Page

I’m a bit new to WooCommerce, but I am finding some issues very tricky.
1) First of all, when I register on the my-account page, I am redirected to that same page with no information about my account. It is a bit confusing as to whether I am logged in or not. It keeps offering me the option to Login or Register no matter how many times I try. Also, the theme’s Account link says Hello Admin when I am logged in as the admin, but when I login as a user, this text doesn’t change.
2) Also, I am using WP Multisite, and I’m finding some issues with creating an account on a store when that email address or username is registered on another site on the network.
