Login refresh not working in Chrome

Using 2.5.3, and the plugin’s refresh not working in Chrome when a user logins. Looks like a Chrome problem. This may not be the most elegant solution, but it worked for me. For Login Redirect URL, I entered:
https://mysite.com/index.php?&nocache=1239487
where the number can be anything. That resets the cache, and the page refreshes.
