Login redirects to login page

Hi,

Since I installed this plugin, when I go to the new URL to login, submit my username and password and click Log In, I am redirected to the same URL. If I manually type in the URL of one of my admin pages, I get a Page Not Found error.

This continues to occur, even if I rename the plugin folder for wps-hide-login OR if I rename the entire plugins folder. I have tried in multiple browsers and cleared my cache. I was surprised that this happens when I rename the plugin folder. What database table is the new login URL stored in? Any other troubleshooting tips?

I am using the latest WP version, as of a few days ago. The front end of my site seems to be working normally.
