Login Redirecting to SSL issue

Hi, This morning I had two members of my site message me saying that they were getting an error when they tried to log in via the wp-login page and i have dug and dug through everything and i’m not seeing where it could be forcing a redirect to s secure page. I have tried disabling all of my plugins that might be causing it and still its not working. I also downloaded the ENTIRE site to my computer and did a search for FORCE_SSL_LOGIN to see if it was set to true anywhere and its not.

Anyone have any ideas on how i can fix this??

here is the error message they are getting (as an admin i’m not getting this error but all subscribers are). they are actually logged in but when it redirects to the /my_account page its trying to go to a secure page
(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)
