Login redirect to WP Admin Page

    The ‘Already have an account? Login’ link within the checkout page redirects to the WordPress admin page and not the /my-account woocomerce page.

    This could potentially harm the professional appearance of the site, it feels like the customer is being taken to a page external to the site as the styling/header/layout is compltely different, so this could throw up trust issues also.

    If there is not an integrated solution is there a workaround? It feels like this one link breaks what is now a fantastic checkout process with Blocks.

    Thanks for reaching out. There is already an open bug report for what you’ve described: the checkout block links to WP Admin login page not styled according to the theme.

    I’ve added your case to it and you can monitor the progress there. The developer reports are typically addressed on severity, so an immediate fix is unlikely. It will likely take some time to address this particular issue, which unfortunately I don’t have an exact timeframe on. Also, not all bugs will be addressed because it depends on the severity of the bug and how many sites are affected.

    Unfortunately, there is currently no workaround so we’ll need to wait for the bug report to be addressed.
