Login / redirect problem

    Hi, the website is partly closed witg Paid Membership Plugin. The problem is, that some user cannot login after the successful registration and after the setup of their membership level. After login they redirected on the profile page, so I mean, the logged in status should be right, but as they click on the closed site, than they see again the closed page information (login/or register).

    We didn’t find any logic in the problem, since the majority of the users can use the system witout any problem. Additionally, I – as the developer of the website – tried to test one of these user profils and my login was successful with the same login details.

    We tried different browsers in incognito mode, deleted the cache etc. but in vain. We still have users, which cannot login and reach the restricted contents.

    Please be so kind and help to fix the issue, I cannot imagine, what is the problem.

    Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    This may be due to caching plugins which are not excluding PMPro pages. Though caching is a great way to speed up a site, precautions need to be taken when using caching alongside PMPro to ensure that PMPro functions correctly and content is restricted as expected. You can test whether caching is causing issues on your site by temporarily disabling all caching plugins and then testing if the issues you are experiencing are resolved.
