Login redirect Google Authenticator = No Joy

Hello,

I have a login page rename (from iThemes) and use Google Authenticator for Admin accounts. somehow both of these make the staing site inaccessible.

The login redirect just hides wp-admin login page… makes it something like mysite.com/adminlogin (whateve you want) that seems to Be ok — the staging site shows mysite.com/dev/adminlogin so it might be the Google Authenticator that’s failing. When I login, it just takes me to the production site’s dashboard.
