Role Based Login/Logout Redirects

You can use one of the match types described here:

https://redirection.me/support/matching-redirects/

So when a user successfully logs in, they are redirected by default to https://website.com/wp-admin/. So I went ahead and created a matching redirect like so:

Source URL – /wp-admin
Match – URL and login status
When matched – Redirected to URL with HTTP Code 301
Logged In – https://website.com/courses
Logged Out – <blank>

But when after I’m logged in and redirected to https://website.com/wp-admin it doesn’t redirect to https://website.com/courses

I misunderstood your question. The plugin doesn’t provide redirects on an action in that way. You can redirect based on whether someone is already logged in.
