Login protection not working in French

The Login Protection (Page de connexion) page does not work in French, because of a bug in the French translation file.
In the .po file, the translation of
\"admin\" is not acceptable, please choose another user name.
has an extra single quote. To fix the problem, replace the translation with
\"admin\" n'est pas acceptable, merci de bien vouloir choisir un autre identifiant.
and re-generate the .mo file.
