login prompt twice

    I had some custom work done on this site to add login/logout features that this plugin did not used to support. Now however, the plugin has improved so I would like to take advantage of these built in features. Unfortunately, there is a conflict – I think – and I am not sure where the problem is.

    When I log in to this site, to view the video on this page (see URL above), I get a second login prompt (“Please log in or sign up for our membership to see this content.”) even though it indicates at the bottom (in the footer) that I am logged in. When I tried to register as a new member, it went to “Oops! that page can’t be found.” If you want to login to an existing member account, use the username: JuliePrince and the password the same: JuliePrince

    Okay, I figured it out. Not sure why, but the post is still protected when I go through the WP Members > Membership Levels tab in the dashboard, and I go to Page and Post Protection, remove check in the box to protect document under “general protection” and do the same under “guest membership”.

    However, when I edit the individual post and uncheck “protect document” it works. I think this is a bug. Unless I have not followed the directions properly. So I will continue to make selected posts unprotected by opening individual posts to do so.

    Are you login in as a member or as an administrator?

    Are you using category protection? If you are please read the following documentation.
