login problems

    I am having a terrible time logging in. If i request a new password, five hours later i will get an email where i can reset a password, but if i logout i can never get back in. I have tried it in many different browsers, different computers, made sure the page wasn’t just refreshing, erased all the cookies, made sure popups weren’t blocking it, deactivated all the plugins, added a new user….I don’t know how to do anything else and my web designer doesn’t know what else to do and she can’t ever get in. Please help me.

    Quick question, after you reset your password do you create your own password or get the generated one?

    I create my own. I don’t get a generated one in the email. Just a link.
