  • Chances are you mistyped the email address during the installation. You can try entering “Admin” under the username to have the password reset, but if you don’t get the email you’ve probably got the wrong email address on file. You could try phpMyAdmin under your webhost’s cPanel to look up ether the email address on file or the password, not sure if it’s that easy, though.

    what if i accessed phpMyAdmin and it shows my login, password, and email used, BUT it STILL doesn’t recognize my email? yep, that’s my problem.
