Login Problem – please help

I tried everything all the way to replacing the login page. Nothing works ??
I read that wordpress is supposed to be one of the best blogging tools out there…..but…i’m still strugling to login. Ive spent like lot of time searching before posting this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
