    Hello @investbuddy123

    Thank you for reaching us

If you already update your BuddyPress to 12 version, please make sure the BP Classic disabled. And then, make sure you udpate your Youzify to the newest version too.

Next step, please go to Youzify panel >> Profile Settings >> Tabs Settings and make sure default tab is not empty.

Last thing, please go to Settings >> Permalinks >> Set to “Post” and click save button.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Thank for the reply.

After I remove the page mapping, the problem is fine now. I tried to logout and login again, it is fine, but I’m not sure if the problem still here or not.

Second, why will the page mapping cause the issue? Could you guide me to solve the problem? My theme is buddyx

As you can see the video, this is the problem now. The login system seems like confusing…. Sometime can login, sometime cannot. I have already settings the step you suggested but the problems still here.

    Hello @investbuddy123

    Thank you for your reply

I think it’s a caching system issue. If you use anyc aching plugin/system, please try to disable it for temporary and see if the issue persist or solve.

I have just deactivated the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Just wanna confirm, is this the sync caching plugin/system that you mentioned?
