Login Problem

    I am trying to log in to my admin panel.
    I have maintenance plugin activated.
    I am trying to reset my password so i can gain access however, it takes me back to maintenance front page of my website.

    I am not an expert of websites.
    I think i have to access my cpanel but i dont even know what that is.
    Can anyone help please. thanks.
