• Hi,
Can I find my WP login PW in the cPanel, if so where?

Have a 3rd party WP theme installed on their server, but they didn’t provide a username (assume it’s ‘admin’) or a PW to get into the WP Dashboard.

Tried entering the e-mail I used when I registered w the 3rd party to be given a new PW. Got a WP e-mail w a link, but when I clkd on the link (https://www.myantiagingblog.net/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=Asugl60BxMOqbD3lXkHM&login=admin) it loops back to the login page where it says to ‘Check your e-mail for your new password.’. Tried clearing the cache, but that didn’t solve the problem.

  • The WP login info won’t be in the cPanel. You can find the username and email in the database though. It’s in the wp_users table.

I would suggest that you contact the 3rd party who set you up.

Since you received the activation link, when you clicked on it you should have got another email with a password that you can use to log in and then change if you want in profile.
