Login problem?

    Hello there. I have few complains about logging into my site. Some of my users when they try to log with Chrome in my site, nothing happens. I’ve made my site to be visible only by Logged in users. If i disable this option, they don’t have any problem logging in, but if i active it, few of them encounter this problem:

    When they try to login, nothing happens and they get the redirect url on top. But some of them told me that if they change the logging gmail for Chorme, just they Alt, they don’t have any problem. Could be some settings in gmail account doing that?

    If they try to Login with Chrome by Guest… if they are not connected to gmail account, they don’t have problem.

    I don’t have any problem logging, or alot of the users. But few of them are like this. What could be this?

    Have you tried using a different browser and see if the issue still occurs?

    No problem with different browsers. Its only on Chrome with users that are connected via gmail.

    Hi,

    This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Hello, sorry for late answer. I still didn’t find any fix on this. Random people just cannot login from some browsers. For some is Opera, for other Chrome and etc. I think this problem occur only if i enable acess restriction only to login users.
    Using Ultimate member 2.1.4, i cannot update it to many things are connected with it.

    Have you tried using the latest version 2.1.15 to see if the issue still occurs?

    Ensure that you’ve created a backup of your site before updating to the latest version so you can still rollback to the old version.

    Alot of things will be messed up if i update. Even my pages with logins and etc. You don’t have any idea what could be the problem?
