• I cannot log in to my homepage sygeplanter.dk since I updated StatPress. When I try to login there is a message cookies are blocked due to unexpected output and a couple of warnings.

I know, that if I could login I should disable all plugins and put them on one by one. But I can not login.

I do not know how to modify the database or something like that.

    What to do?

(and yes, if the problem is fixed I shall use the sandbox in the future)

  • Can you FTP into your site? If you can, go and rename the StatPress folder in ‘wp-content/plugins/’ to something like StatPress1. The plugin will render useless and you should be able to log back in.

Thank you very much for your interest in my problem.

I tried the FTP way, with Filezilla, got Binkiland and about 100 malware as well, took me 3 days to get rid of it.

Now I have tried Free FTP from Coffeecup, it seems to work well but I am not able to login to my site. The username and password for sygeplanter.dk does not work.

The problem is solved, had username and password from my supplier. There is a folder named pluginns, but that is not the one, I had to read your post once again, Brett, it is in the wp-content folder. I renamed all the plugins and then I could control my site.
Once again, thank you very much, Brett
