Login Plugin

I was wondering if there is a plug-in that has this capability.

– I can create a user that has certain rights to add people and then they can select which pages they can only see.

I have created a couple of quizes and would like it if someone can log in and then give a potential employee a username and password so they can just log in and run those quizes only.
