Have disabled all plugins except buddypress and Youzify, activated Membership System in the General Settings tab, then under the Membership Settings tab > Login Settings, the three drop down lists to select pages for login and password reset will not save after selecting the appropriate pages.

With all plugins disabled, the login/password reset page settings wont save. Can you please advise?

    Hi @tegee

    Thank you for the screencast.

    Please clarify the following:

    1. Youzify version do you use

    2. PHP version installed on your server

    3. Please enable WP Debug Log and try to save again. If you see any error log on the debug log, please share with me here the error log that related with Youzify.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hi @tegee

I assume you are using the Pro version. 3.3.2 is the very old version. So, please update it to the 3.4.9 version because we fixed tons of bugs and errors from version 3.3.2 to 3.4.9 and that version is no longer compatible with the current BuddyPress version.

You can download it from your Envato dashboard.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

    Hi @tegee

Could you please try once again to disable all plugins except BuddyPress and Youzify, and then do the test?

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

Yes, we have done this test repeatedly, disabling everything except buddypress and youzify, and we have had version 3.4.9?installed since the start (it was a typo here that we reported having an old version). The problem still persists.

    Hi @tegee

This is a weird issue. We can not replicate it on our end and seems we need to investigate it directly on your back end.

Please shoot us an email at contact[at]youzify.com, and we will discuss this issue further.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.
