    Hi,
I am trying to have my web page login screen use the reCaptcha v2 offered through this plugin (version 4.3.9.4 on WP 5.2.1), but when I check the “Use Google reCAPTCHA as default:” box, save and logout (after introducing the secret keys), there is no way I can login again by entering both the correct login data and checking the “I am not a Robot” check box.
Instead, if I leave the check-box unchecked the math captcha appears and I can login without problems.
Any idea why this is happening and how to sort it out?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Do you have a cache plugin running in your site? If you do have you added any exceptions to the cache plugin, i.e. the login page?

    Kind regards

    Hi @sinergyinaction
Another thing to check is to make sure you are entering the correct site key and secret key. Ensure that you are using the v2 and not v3 keys.

    Thanks for your replies.
I don’t think I have any cache plugin (as a stand alone plugin I mean, and don’t have installed any myself). In case I have how do I know???? (this is a new concept for sorry about that ?? )
Also I made sure that the keys were v2 (I tried V3 keys and got an error message)

Hi, check with your host. Ask them if they have a cache system set up in your server?

Also you might like to do a plugin conflict test. Deactivate all other plugins in your site except AIOWPS and then carry out a test. Let us know what happens.

    Thank you

Ok I carried out the test and deactivated all but the All in One plugin and it now works. Also, in the preceding trials the pop-up window that showed different images to verify didn’t show at all.
So, what would be the next step now?

I reactivated all the plugins one by one and discovered that two of them may be related with the reported problem: Wordfence and Profile Builder, when they aren’t activated the login process, using All in One goes smoothly.
I would like to keep both plugins. Is there any workaround?

In regards to Wordfence, make sure you are not enabling similar features with our plugin. Remember Wordfence and AIOWPS are security plugins. As a rule of thumb when it comes to security plugins, try to have only one security plugin running in your site. If you must have two security plugins running in your site, make sure you carry out some test first before allowing two security plugins to manage your site.

Unfortunately I don’t know much about Profile Builder. You might like to create a support ticket and or contact the developers of this plugin and explain your issue. Let me know what they say.

    Kind regards
