Login page setup problem

Hi there,

As you can see your webpage is not fully loaded, that’s why the scripts of the plugin are not being loaded and Facebook icon is not appearing.

You can try disabling Include Javascript in website footer option in Basic Configuration section at Super Socializer > Social Login page in admin panel. But still your webpage is not loading fully and you should fix it.

But it is only working well in browser IE, not working properly on Chrome and Firfox.

Would you mind explaining what you mean by “not working properly”?

Chrome and Firefox can show the login facebook icon.

I click the facebook icon to login then the screen shows the same, but the site address change to “https://gph-shop.com/foodcar/?SuperSocializerEmail=1&par=2023497378”

Is it clear? if necessary I can send you screen capture.

by the way i am using wordpress 4.3. Will it be any problem ?

No WordPress 4.3 won’t be a problem. We tried logging in using two accounts and found it working fine.
Try deleting the users which got created in admin after Facebook Login and login again.

do you mean deleting user in phpmyadmin? if yes, I did it. But same problem.

i use 3 pc to test it, all of them have the same problem, but it is working fine in my friends’ house by using his PC.

But I find out another problem:

I can login and this plugin can redirect user to another page after login, but if I click the menu and go to the login page again, it will not redirect again.

Is it my problem of setting of this plugin?

Technically, your website theme should not display Login menu/page after user is logged in. And, if it displays, it should handle redirection to account page.
