    Greetings,

I am aware that there are several topics on this same subject, but I have tried everything that you indicate and I still have the same problem…

The error ‘Security token did not match’.

    Wordpress – 6.1
Essential Addons for Elementor – 5.4.2
    Siteground Cloud Server

I have cleared the server cache, the page cache plugin (SiteGround Optimizer – 7.2.5), and the plugin (Regenerating resources).

Even with some users I still have the problem, not even clearing the user’s browser caches solves the problem.

    Hello @oleostudio,

I hope you are doing well.

Actually, we fixed this issue in our last release. So It should not appear again. As you are still getting this issue. You can regenerate assets from Elementor and Essential Addons settings then you can clear your all caches which you already did. You can check this from your incognito or private window, Hopefully, It will appear correctly. But we can’t do anything for your browser end. As you have said when people clear caches from the browser then it gets solved. I hope you understand.

    Thank you!

The user clears his browser caches if it is solved, but only for a few hours, then it appears again.

It is impossible for me to ask more than 6000 users to clear their caches every two or three hours to solve the situation.

I am working on a new login for my website with another plugin, when I finish implementing it I will stop using this one and I will cancel the subscription to the plugin in its pro version.

    Hello @oleostudio,

I am really sorry for this inconvenience.

I can ensure you this is only happening when the SiteGround Optimizer (v -7.2.5) is enabled. Can you please disable this plugin for a while to check if this issue exists or not? Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you

I’ve already thought about that, I’ve even turned off the server cache and the cache plugin (Siteground) for two full days and the amount of users reporting the error was great.

    Hello @oleostudio,

I am really sorry. If you please make a temporary page with the EA Login Registration widget and share the URL with us then I can check this to understand the current situation. I am looking forward to hearing from you back.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Hello @oleostudio,

We looked at this issue entirely from the beginning and I can assure you that this is not an issue on our plugin.

This issue appears because you updated this plugin but your cache is still retaining the previous files. This occurs specifically on some web hosts when server-level caching is enabled.

To avoid this, you can regenerate all of your Elementor and Essential Addons assets. To regenerate assets, navigate to your WordPress Dashboard -> Essential Addons, click the ‘Tools‘ tab, and then click the ‘Regenerate Assets‘ button.
Take a look at this image – https://d.pr/i/iBccDw

Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from WordPress Dashboard -> Elementor -> Tools -> General as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N6WC1d

If you are using a Caching Plugin on your website, you must then clear all caches.
If you use a CDN, we also recommend cleaning its caches. Clear caches on your server as well. I am hopeful that this issue will be solved.

Let me know how it goes. Thank you!
