Login Page Not Showing Logo

It is a shame because this plugin looked promising, but I cannot get it to show the logo no matter what I do, plus you have to pay for the premium version to get all the extras, whereas you can get Custom Login for FREE which does nearly everything this premium version does without the cost!!!
