Login Page Lost

After update to ithemes I lost my login page. It seems that a reset had been done to hidebackend and other functions by ithemes and now I cannot see my login page at all.A blank plage appears when I try to login. (I had a custom login url). Can anyone suggest any other ways to get back into the login page?
