Login page just reloading

Hi,

I am experiencing the wp-admin page just reloading rather than logging me in. I haven’t recently updated the version of WP.
It started about two days ago and I have not been able to login to my wordpress account since.

Instead of an incorrect password message I just get the login page reloading with this in the address bar:

These are the things I have tried with no luck so far.

-Deleting cookies/cache, reloading browser.
-Using a different browser
-Using different computers
-Deleting htaccess file

Does anyone have any other ideas for me to try. I’m pulling my hair out with this one.
