Login page is asking for username twice

Hi guys,

Iv’e noticed my WP login page has ‘username or email’ in both fields, instead of the normal ‘username or email’ and ‘password’ fields.

I have no idea how long it’s been this way as i have only just noticed it, the only plugins i have ever used to modify the login page is Birds custom login which i am using currently to theme my login, and have once used cimy extra fields.

wp-login.php file still displays ‘Password’ as the user_pass label:

<label for=”user_pass”><?php _e( ‘Password’ ); ?><br />

Any help with correcting this would be much appreciated.
