Login page doesn’t work

Hi all. For some reason I’m having trouble with my latest project, and I thought maybe I would find some help here. I have wordpress installed, and it looks to be working fine, but I can’t login to my admin page. When I do, I get the following url in my browser. The page doesn’t go anywhere.

https://www.ifihadamac.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fwp-admin%2Findex.php

Any ideas?
