    Hi,

I see that this is a widespread issue, but I haven’t found a resolution for this problem. When I enable Login page CAPTCHA protection I lose the ability to log in into the web admin GUI. I just keep getting the “incorrect answer” error. If I go in and disable this feature – I’m able to log in again. I’m using the latest version of the plugin. Any advice on how to fix this?

    Thank you.
    Alex.

Hi Alex, just one question do you have a cache plugin installed? If yes, what happens if you disable the plugin but enable this captcha feature in AIOWPS?

    Hi,

That was it. I disabled W3 Total Cache and was able to use CAPTCHA on the login page again. Is there a way to make this feature work with a caching plugin?

    Thanks.

You might try to exclude the login page from the captcha plugin?

Let me know how you go.

Do you mean from caching plugin? Looks like the login page is already excluded from the caching plugin: the following are never cached wp-.*\.php

Anything else I can change to make the login page captcha work with W3TC enabled?

    Thank you.

Can you also add the actual URL for the login page to be excluded from W3TC? I am just curios to know if this works better for you.

    Regards
