    Hi @ditout,

Go to WordPress Dashboard-> Plugins-> Installed Plugins-> and check if the Profile Builder plugin is still active. Usually, the short ode appears as in your screenshot if the plugin has been disabled.

If you have the Profile Builder plugin activated and the shortcodes still don’t render, please add it to another page and check if the issue persists.

    Hi @madalinaruzsa
    Thank you for your reply,
I have checked the Profile Builder plugin, it is active,
Is it possible that the WP login is in dominant, which makes the Profile Builder form out of active ?
    Thank you !

    Hi @ditout,

No, the fact that you have the “WP Login and Logout Redirect” plugin active should not affect the Profile Builder login shortcode.

You can test this by deactivating the “WP Login and Logout Redirect” plugin, if after deactivating the plugin you still encounter this issue, it means that the Profile Builder login shortcode is not affected by the “WP Login and Logout Redirect” plugin.

I also installed the “WP Login and Logout Redirect” plugin on my test site and the Profile Builder login works without any issues.

Have you tried adding the login shortcode in a new page to see if the issue persists?

    Hi @ditout,

You can use the logout_redirect_url argument:

    [wppb-login logout_redirect_url=”https://www.yourdomain.com/page”%5D

Please replace the URL from the shortcode with the URL of your page.
