Login Page cannot be hidden

Hi,
i have previously changed the url for the login page and hidden the default ones as per the ithemes setting, all good.

But i have since tried some plugins to modify the design of the login page, and realized at some point that the default login page was now active as well. Even after not only deactivating but also deleting those plugins, unchecking and rechecking the ithemes relevant setting, reinstalling ithemes, restoring the site from an older backup via updraft, the default login page is still active.

Would you be able to help with hiding it please? It would be much appreciated.
